Magloire Ambroise (died December 7, 1807 Port-au-Prince, Haiti) was one of the Haitian heroes of independence. Ambroise was a general from Jacmel active in the the Haitian revolutionary army., he was a good friend of Alexandre Pétion and supported his decision to give help to Simón Bolívar to liberate Latin America.

Ambroise is one of the signers of the Haitian Declaration of Independence.
