Napoléon decree re-establishing slavery in the French colonies (French)

In 1802 Napoléon Bonaparte issued a decree re-establishing slavery in the French colonies. Slavery in Saint-Domingue had been abolished by a 1793 decree by the commissioners Polverel and Sonthonax.
