Philibert François Rouxel de Blanchelande (aka Blanchelande) (1735 Dijon, France - 1793 Paris, France) was a governor of Saint-Domingue, from November 9, 1790 to 1792, at the time of the Boukman Rebellion.

Sonthonax had Blanchelande deported to France three days after his September 17, 1792 arrival in Saint-Domingue, to be judged for counter-revolutionary actions. He was executed by guillotine in Paris at the same time as his son who also was his aide.

From June 2, 1781 to 1784, Blanchelande was the Governor of Trinidad.
