Both French and Dutch Wikipedia mention that the rue Richepance in Paris has been given a better name. I tried to introduce the same remark in the EN Wikipedia, but it was promptly removed by some Richepance admirer ! Riyadi (talk) 10:20, 11 January 2015 (PST)

Also note that Antoine Barnave, prominent French Revolution politician, and advocate of slave owners, whose report to the Assemblée stopped all hopes for abolishing slavery in the colonies, is still honoured by a street in Grenoble. His role in maintaining slavery is mentioned in literature, but not in EN or FR Wikipedia. This guy need a lemma in the Louverture project, but also well-documented contributions to the Wikipedias. Maybe we can see the rue Barnave changed one day. Riyadi (talk) 10:57, 11 January 2015 (PST)
