General Marie-Joseph-Gabriel-Théodore, comte de Hédouville - sent by the French Directory to be governor of Saint-Domingue during Sonthonax' second commission. (c. 1796-1797). Fanned the flames of discontent between André Rigaud and Toussaint Louverture.
