Ignace-Frédéric de Mirbeck was a French Commissioner who arrived in Saint-Domingue on November 29, 1791 in the months after the Boukman Rebellion. (Parkinson, p. 60) He served as Commissioner from November 29, 1791 - April 1, 1792.
